This year's League One has seven northern teams, three in the Midlands and 14 down south.
The northern sides are a real spread, with one each in the North East, South Yorkshire, West Yorkshire, Cumrbia and Merseyside plus Rochdale and Oldham in Greater Manchester.
The Midlands trio are also dispersed, with Walsall in the west, Notts County in the east and Peterborough over towards the Fens; in fact, just 75 mies north of London.
And the theme continues in the south, where six clubs are loosely in the South West, four from other southern counties, and four from London. Even the London clubs are from all corners, with Brentford in old Middlesex and Dagenham in Essex, as well as Cockney Orient and south Londoners Charlton.
In total, the 20 League One sides outside London are spread across eighteen counties. Only Greater Manchester and Devon have two, and in the case of the latter one of those is in Cornwall.
Anyway, enough rambling, here's the all important mileage chart. The London distances are from Trafalgar Square (cos that's pretty much where we all live, innit?)
