Our Adam

Ever since the site launched, we have displayed the following message in this box. "City striker Adam Stansfield is currently fighting bowel cancer. Thousands of Grecians and football fans everywhere are thinking of you Adam. We're with you, and your family, every step of the way." Adam died on 10 August. Adam will remain in our hearts forever, and we will remain with his family every step of the way. RIP Adam x

Exeter Exiles FC

The Exeter Exiles Football Club was formed and registered with the London FA in 1995. It is a terrifying thought for those of us who played back then, but we are now entering our sixteenth season of Sunday afternoon action.

You can see News, Fixtures and Results here.

Two Exiles teams play in the APFSCIL Football League. The A's play in the top division and enter the London FA Sunday Cup, while our second team, The Bauys, play in division two of the same league. Both sides play most of their games in the Barnes and Chiswick areas of South West London.

We also have a 7-a-side kickaround - laughably known as training - every Thursday, all year round, between 6pm and 7pm in Chalk Farm. The venue is the Haverstock School's floodlit astroturf pitch and all Exiles are very welcome to join in, whether or not you want to play on Sundays. The fee for training is £7 and there's a map of the school, which is barely a minute from Chalk Farm tube, here.

Please contact us if you want to play for the Exeter Exiles; we promise you'll be made very welcome. Or click here to see how we're doing.
